The terms and conditions are applicable to customers in the UK (“Customers”) who access the Wagwan Apparel website (“Website”).
Wagwan is a registered trademark since 2019; if anyone uses the Wagwan brand without permission: legal action will be taken, including counterfeiters.
May I advise that you please read the terms and conditions to familiarise with these terms and conditions before accessing and ordering any items from the Wagwan website who sell items to customers on the website. If you access the website and place an order for a Wagwan item, you agree to be bound from these terms and conditions.
How to place an order
1. Please choose the items you require from the Wagwan website and simply “Add to Cart”
2. Please choose the size of the items that you wish to purchase from the Wagwan website.
3. Please make sure that all of your requirements are correct in regards to amount, colour, size and then select “Checkout”.
4. FYI, to shop with Wagwan Apparel you need to:
- be at the least 16 years old
- have a debit or credit card, and to have permission to use the debit or credit card (e.g. the bank cards is in your name or you have permission to use it on the Wagwan Apparel store).
5. If you are a new customer to Wagwan…Welcome! You will need to enter contact information such as name, email, and mobile no and account details.
6. Please note the t-shirts are fashion fit slim cut, if you like it looser please order the next size up.
Returns Policy
Wagwan offer the following returns policy. Item/s can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
If the item/s are unwanted Wagwan will not refund the original delivery charge.
Return cost is at the customers expense and all of the items must be in the Wagwan packaging and in a resaleable condition.
All returns will not be accepted without a returns authorisation, please contact [email protected] for the authorisation.
